Hey I think I passed that coming into today.

And I agree that it needs to be taken care of. The downtown area is looking better and improving as such.Something like (building) sticking out as a sore thumb, it can bring down the property value of the area as well. Hopefully that never happens.

I guess it is. I have only been a few times and it’s pretty legit. I think all the action is out in north tulsa since this area is starting to clean it’s self up. But I don’t know .
